Round 4:  (dc, inc, dc)*5; dc;
continue Round 4 two start the ears: in the next st (dc, ch*24, dc); dc; dc; in the next st (dc, ch*24, dc);
finish Round 4: dc; (dc, inc, dc)*5
stitch count in Round 4: (96 (48 dc + 48 ch))

Round 5:  22 sc (1 sc in each dc), place a stitch marker or a piece of yarn to mark the last stitch
continue Round 5 two finish the first ear: 12 sc (1 sc in each ch), 2 ch,12 sc (1 sc in each ch), crochet the next dc together with the one marked with the stich marker, remove stitch marker
continue Round 5:  3 sc, place a stitch marker or a piece of yarn to mark the last stitch
