  • Puli (100% Cotton, 125m (137yds)/50g (1.76oz), Sport Weight) Yarn
  • Crochet hook: 3.50 mm
  • Scissors
  • Tapestry needle

Abbreviations

  • st(s) – stitch(es)
  • mr – magic ring
  • sl st – slip stitch
  • sc – single crochet
  • hdc – half double crochet
  • dc – double crochet
  • tr – treble crochet
  • ch – chain
  • (nr) – indicates the total number of stitches in the current row/round

Pattern Instructions

Round 1 (Body) : In mr ch 3, 7 tr, ch 3 picot (i.e. ch 3 and make a sl st into the bottom 1st ch) , 9tr

Round 2 (Face): ch 2, 2 tr in the same st, 2 tr in the next st

Round 3 (Ears):
1st Ear: Ch 7, 1 hdc in the 3rd ch from the hook, 1 dc each in the next 2 st, 1 hdc in the next st, 1 sc in the last st, make sl st on top of the tr you started from
2nd Ear: Ch 7, 1 hdc in the 3rd ch from the hook, 1 dc each in the next 2 st, 1 hdc in the next st, 1 sc in the last st, make sl st on top of the 2nd tr from Round 1 and finish off.
